I'm looking for a directory script/program/software. Preferably it should
  • have a design skin
  • be in PHP
  • list the links with some description
  • list the same link in multiple categories
  • store the data in xml or MySQL
  • have clear text URL's

Does not need any sign up or user management features.

Any ideas? what do you use?
