    rel="nofollow" on outgoing links...

I’ve read the various posts about how "nofollow" stops page rank from being passed to the destination page... but will it still count as an outgoing link on my page?

    Examples:

My page has the following links:
    - Link to site A
    - Link to site B
    - Link to site C
Each link would pass 33.3% of some page rank value.

    With “nofollow”:
    - Link to site A (with rel="nofollow" in A tag)
    - Link to site B
    - Link to site C
Site B and C links would pass 50% of the page rank value. Link to “site A” would get nothing.

    Is this correct?

    Thanks,

    Kim

It's a slow weekend, not alot of people to help us, but this is what I got from some of the things I read.
If you have a blog the links you put on are fine. It is when people make a comment and spam a link in the comment is when the NO Foll0w tag will be used.
I hope that helps. And If I'm wrong, someone let us both know.

    Thanks

    Maureen
