Marketing Wizard needed to help promote our stock photo site

I think we've put together a great site with some great features and pretty good SE rankings but I am probably the worst marketer in the world (well OK maybe third worst). I need someone to help build brand awareness and do some targeted marketing (both web based and traditional) for our stock photo website at www.worldofstock.com.

Ideal candidate should have great communication skills, a solid background with proven results, preferably in graphic design or advertising related industries.

This is not a salaried position. You are helping us to build up the business and will be rewarded based on long term results. I can also offer PHP web development, site hosting, site design, SEO help, etc in exchange.

Please email steve@worldofstock.com with your qualifications and I will get back to those who look like a good fit.

    Regards,

Hey Steve - like the site. I have zero time, or I'd offer to help... but just as a quick SEM/SEO note, I think you might do better with Flash than that big hunk of JS code making your slideshow, and fleshing out the home page with a large paragraph of densely-written copy will help rankings. I almost think you could hack out the slideshow in any language, tighten the login/search, perhaps side by side, and then you'd have a lot of room to really pour out some SEO-conscious text.

Might also consider placing links to all or more themes on that top bar where you list a dozen or so... that would free-up some space for a bit of copy in lower-right if you do choose to keep the slideshow, and it helps get you a few more hits to have the themes as links at the top, or I should think it would.

    Best of luck to you.
