Updating your site question

Hello All,
Is there such a thing as over updating your site?
I find myself updating sometimes a couple of times a day. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Due to if the search engines are trying to spider your site and you are updating would that interfere with that?

Worry not!

Some sites are updated every few seconds, and the search engines have no problem with that.

In fact, the dynamic nature of your website, due to your updates, may even encourage Googlebot to visit more.
