My logo colour

I have made a logo for a online directory, & the theme is Rearranging the web.I've used three colours-- #ffcc00 , #0089b1 & #cccccc. Is the colour [#ffcc00] hurting the eyes. Please suggest me. The URL of the LOGO is ---(http://idealwebtools.com/dirlogo1.png)

looks fine to me, but then fav color's are a very personal thing. also , it may look a lot brighter on different monitors.
