    That TCPView is great, eh?

You can go to the Command prompt (Start button/Run/ then type cmd.exe and click ok) ant type in: netstat -an
    You get this:
    Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
    (C) Copyright 1985-2001 Microsoft Corp.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>netstat -an

or go to http://www.diamondcs.com.au/openports/ and get 'openports'. Open the command prompt, and just drag and drop the 'openports.exe' into the window - hit 'enter'. Then you get this:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32>"C:\Documents and Settings\aamikel\Desktop\openports.exe"

An easy way is to use a firewall which has a "Net State" function that can show the currently active connections and the details of these connections. I know Armor2net Personal Firewall can do that. You can have a try! http://www.armor2net.com
    Hope this help!

aactually the method mentioned by mikmik is the best one but still if you do not want to use command prompt then you can use software called X Netstat but it is not free one, or you can use any of the software mentioned by pedstersplanet
