Here's a new question for you all

I keep getting these errors intermitantly on all of my secure pages:

Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Failed opening '/home/www/inclaunch.com/incorporate_online/incorporate_online_3.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in Unknown on line 0

I know it's a PHP thing but what does it mean?

Must be something going on. This site is getting the error along with one of my other sites I maintain.

Check your open_basedir value..
Is the directory outside of it?
