    Can <noframes> do any harm?

Can it cause problems when you put a lot of content in the <noframes>section?
For example links to all other pages in your site and the same text as the one on the homepage?

I suppose not, but I need to know for sure...

(I don't want to take the risk of getting banned by Google)

This is another gray area (SEO seems to be full of them). I don't believe it will lead to a ban or penalty right now, but Google can (and does) change the algorithm at a moment's notice.

What would you advise on this subject?
    Leave out the noframes content?
