Scope Sheets and Contracts?

I have just dredge through a site design for one of the worst clients I have had. I have learned that the way I determine what the client requires and the cost that I associate with it are inadequete and have led to me working virtually for free on this last project.

Also, I had some contention of my contract with this last client as well, so I was wondering if anyone would be able to direct me to or provide me with some templates for the following:

- A Project Scope Sheet template
- A Contract template
- Method for determining cost
