I am a self-taught user of FrontPage 2000 and created the web site for the small non-profit that I work for three years ago. Since that time, I have updated the pages and published them to the server of the internet provider who hosts our web site with no problems using FrontPage. Recently, I made updates to the pages (which included the addition and deletion of pages) and published them with no apparent problem. However, when I checked the website, nothing looked the way it was supposed to. The borders were gone and the links were messed up. I tried publishing the pages again. FrontPage crashes now everytime I try to publish. Sometimes it just disappears from the screen after it connects to the server; other times I get various error messages, such as "Runtime Error. This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way" or "System Exception: Access Violation" before the software closes itself. I installed FrontPage on another computer in our office and have the same problem. I spoke to technical assistance for our hosting company and they say there is nothing wrong on their end, that it is something on my end. I used the "Open Web" feature on Front Page and looked at the files on the server. Navigation shows there are no links. I tried fixing them manually and I just made it worse. Now when you access our website, you get HTTP Error 403. I am stuck and have no idea what is wrong or how to fix it. Help!
