My page is not listed in Google, why?

I have a brand new page, what is the http://www.usedcarbox.com.

This is an online marketplace to sell or buy used cars. I tried to optimize this to the "used car" words. The google found my page, but my page is not listed in google if i search with "used car" words.

What do i have to do to be listed my page? Does it depend to only pagerank, or can i do anything to be a good listed webpage?

Get lots of links from other websites to your website with the term 'used cars' as the anchor text or alt text in images.
