Problem with PHP Redirection and Google Page Rank?

I am redirecting my PHP page to HTML Page By using
<?php
header("location:http://www._________.com/___.html");
exit;
?>

By using this code i moved my page successfully but I didd'nt getting my google page rank in my new html page. What will be the procedure to get or redirect Google Pagerank?
