I started a link exchange campaign. I see most of the sites willing to exchange with us will put our link in a directory (often hard to find).

Is our link likely to be found there? Probably NOT.

I care about p rank but at the moment I'm most concerned with traffic, so we can improve the site according to feedback and data from our logs.

Then, this is the plan:

We would like to exchange links, but visible links. You put our link where people can see it and we'll do the same. We prefer sites dealing with: web design, hosting, marketing, webcopy, translations, translation software, but all clean sites are accepted.
