I have a problem with my language pack in PHPBB opensource script.The link is http://www.gaycupid.co.il/1565/Forum1 . When the hebrew language pack is installed it generates
text in some other logical coded form (ie. special characters). I am using dreamweaver and had changed language properties to unicode, visual hebrew, windows hebrew but couldnt resolve the issue.
Please help me find the solution for this.
