Hello all ! Well what can I say but thank you all so much for all the feedback both private and public here. Sometimes it takes a few slaps in the face to wake you up from what your comfortable with. We have totally reworked the site now with all of your sugestions in place please let us know if we are on the right track. As before we do appreciate any CRITICAL evaluation. Thanks Again to all!

    Loads Better

Yep that is better than before,

    • Quicker loading time
      Better menu bar
      Nice page title

Just a couple of other pointers,

    • Don't have all the address to your offices on the homepage, put them on a separate pages.
"Top Local Site" Maybe put that at the bottom.

    Good Look
    Regards

1 - Use the <address> tag for your addresses for accessibity reasons.

2 - Center your first tabl becuase the bottom table fills the screen whilst the first table hugs the left and is set at 740.

    Hello Diamond,
I did not see your site before the revamp, and I am short on time now. I will revisit later. I really like the iHouse sites. If I didnt already have an Advanced Access site & a Homes.com site I would be using them and may still in the future.
I will get back to about linking and referrals, I to will do 1% listings and buyer rebates and still provide full service. I beleive that is the future of real estate.
Please check out my site and let me know what you think, font, colors etc. www.nwhomesyourway.com.
    Thanks,
    Lucky
