new site suggestions?

Hi everyone.

My maid service site is up now, it is http://www.totalhomecare.millennium-hosting.com .

Does anyone have any ideas on how i can change the layout of the site to help with the search engines like goolge? I used some design strategies but for some reason it lost its position after i moved it.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Your key search tool will be regional directories. Basically, you want listings for Mississauga and the surrounding area. If I am searching for a service, I'll search for "house cleaning, toronto" to narrow the search down to companies can help me.

I just optimized a small business site and other than submitting in the Google regional directory for Ontario, I left the large engines alone. I then went looking for Ontario business listing sites and Canadian business listing sites and listed on all of those. It was really successful, the site is showing 2 or 3 times over the first and second pages of both Yahoo and Google. Try that, it is quick, easy and the results are fast.

One thing about the look - the font and colour you chose for the main text on your home page is difficult to read, I'd recommend 1 point larger and a crisper font as well as a slightly darker colour.
