I would like to get some comments on my site layout, color, font sizes and optimization.

Homepage takes lot of time to load.
There are too many slices of the images.
Why shouldn't you combine a few slices?

I like the design.

Search results are below the fold.
IMO, it should have been above the fold.
Users require the results first, not the options, I think.
And the font size for the results headings are too large.
