    X-sender differs from Reply-to: Problem?

We send e-mails to similar-interest Web site owners inviting them to exchange reciprocal links. The outgoing messages have a different e-mail address for the X-sender and Reply-to (although they're from the same domain).

    Would this trigger spam filters?

    Thanks for your input.

    X-Sender

Here's a list of the biggest things spam filters look for:

1.) That your email is actually comming from where you say it is.

2.) that your domain is not on a black-list

3.) the wording of your message (they look for catch phrases) - Ironically they're looking for remove instructions and unsubscribe links among other things... go figure!

4.) HTML messages are more likely to get filtered than standard text

The X-sender field, I wouldn't worry too much about it's pretty standard in a lot of programs. But you do have to worry about the other 4 items... they can make or break you!
