SEO issues with menu and frames

I am going to optimize this site:

    www.bokn-plast.no

It uses a wierd menu and frames and I am wondering how to go about to make it more SEO friendly (solving frames and menu issues).

I know the rest is a mess, but havent gotten that far yet, must solve basic issues first.

I have thought about remaking all the pages from scratch, but the menu is a problem still.

It is an old site and content has not been changed lately.

Here are some basic information about how many pages included in some engines and link popularity:

kservik, the link you've provided doesn't seem to work. Are you working on the homepage ?

I would totally ditch the frames. Only used for web apps these days, except if you're going to help promote the site with a pilot page (optimized page with lots of relevant content i.e. your landing page) or some SEM.

You could of course just make sure that first page is your landing page, without any frames...

I know the frames are bad. I am inclined to remake every page, but its a lot of work and client may not be happy about that.
