the Overture tool

hi all,

I have a question. Does the Overture search term suggestion tool at: http://inventory.overture.com/d/sear...ry/suggestion/
show searches performed on the yahoo.com only or all yahoo sites (.co.uk, .de, etc.)?

My question is because my website is ranking well on yahoo.co.uk for a search searched 44.000 times (according to the mentioned tool) last month and the traffic is extremely poor.

Is there a tool showing searches run through yahoo.co.uk?

I do not know of any tools showing search totals for any of the major engines natural results. I think the Overture tool considers ALL of its network of partners and properties when it gives us that number.

There are also Italian and French or Spanish as far as I know...

wlodi I would assume the same for those languages as well, but I can't say for sure.

Wlodi I have been using the overture tool for fairly long time. I agree with Incredible It actually takes into account the Yahoo/ Overture complete network including altavista now. But the number is not accurate. There is some filtering on that. I don't know whether it is deliberate or someone has been snoooping around but sometimes it has happened that your results inspite of coming at number 1/2/3 don't match your expectations based on Overture.
