    Web publishers pay ATTENTION!

    Hi guys!
    How you doing?
I found a new PPC affiliate program. Till now I used Adsense but I changed it. On one of my site (i have 35 working sites): f1central.net, adsense gave me an average bidprice of 7 cents per click. They probably bill the advertiser for 70 cents with their huge marketplace.
Targetpoint gives me an average of 40 cents per click and i am very happy.
With this new program I can build my banners. They give me full control over the design so I can match the banners with my site. This is what I love about this program.
They offered me an other option to generate revenue with my exit traffic.
If you heard about them or you are working with them please let me know.

    nice interface, and control but...

thier adpoint product is similar to adsense but seems to be much better, i already tried it on my harry potter site and it looks good.
but did someone manage to use the exitpoint product...
i liked the idea of making money from your exit traffic, but its not working on my site, or i didn't put it correctly.
    ???

I make a small profit off of AdSense from the Web sites I run but I'm going to experiment with TargetPoint for the next month or so to see if it is more beneficial than AdSense. I'll let you all know how it worked for me.

Well I completed my trial test using TargetPoints Internet Advertising Services. My results were very dismal.

I tested the advertising service on my site www.top-affiliate.com Since I implemented their service on the site on 25 Sep 04 there have been a total of 4,832 TargetPoint impressions on my site. This resulted in a grand total earning of...drumroll please....$.05 Yes you read that right one nickel.

Now top-affiliate.com is still a new site (since roughly 19 Sep 04), still working it's way up through the ALEXA ranking with 205 Google indexed pages. Presently it gets about 65 unique hits a day. A small amount but rising.

Using Google's Adsense service I generally make about 10.00 per day on the 4 sites I run their ad service. During this time frame using TargetPoint's Ads Service my daily profit plummeted to $6.00-7.00/day. Not good.

If you run a popular site you will would probably notice even greater losses. I don't recommend their service.

    And that's my 2 cents...or in this case a nickel. :)

Hi Stephen, I went to your affiliate website and noticed that I can barely see your adsense ads on the right side. I don't know what resolution your users use, but lot's of people use 1024x768. Seems you designed in 1280x1024?

So, anyways you would probably get more clicks if people could see all of the ad and not just half.

    Hope this helps,

Thanks for the info. I recently took down the TargetPoint Ads and replaced them again with Adsense. In my haste to rid myself of the TargetPoint ads I absentmindedly uploaded the 728x90 size leaderboard at the bottom of the index page which subsequently broke the page frame. This has only been a problem for the last few days so the TargetPoint trial outcome is unaffected. The site is designed in 1024x768. Thanks again for letting me know.
