Microsoft's Government Security Program (GSP) offers source code secrets for Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows CE and now Office 2003.
The GSP, a no-fee program for governments to help with information technology needs, founded in January 2003 as a subsidiary of Microsoft's Shared Source Initiative.
