Hiding email addresses from bots

Hi All,

I'm new to this forum and appreciate a chance to get answers to some burning web questions. I'm looking for a way to hide my email address from those pesky email harvesting bots. If I put my email address in a javascript pop up window and linked the address, would the bots still be able to find and harvest the address?

Thanks a bunch for the thread link. I was able to do a test of it on a random page and it works like a charm! I will also explore your second suggestion.
