    How to Contact Google???

Hello everyone, Excuse my ignorance but I have looked around and cannot find the answer to this one.

Recently my index page (www.search.casinoonlinefreegames.com) has been removed from the index of google and I couldn't figure out why...
I was literally going crazy looking for a reason. I know Google doesn't remove pages unless there is something drastically wrong.
The interior pages are intact and listed although I (Lost all PR) so what's up.
I did a URL search and a site came up as mine but it was a redirect from another search engine and when I looked in google's cache of it(being my site) I noticed empty spaces where text is supposed to be so in conclusion, I was penalized for hiding text(I think).
The so called text was white but in a dark colored table. A big NO.NO. I realize now. Maybe the new webmasters can learn from this, Never make the text color the same as the color of the page...
I have been doing this long enough to know better but I just wasn't paying attention. Anyway the problem is fixed and
My question is How do I notify google of my mistake and how long in general do I have to wait before the situation is corrected.
    Any help would be appreciated..

    OK me Bad.

I have answered my question and in digging for answers, I have found the real problem...
It is not hidden text as my problem.

When searching my URL in google, my title and description comes up, but with no backlinks though(a little odd). When taking a closer look at my link, it is not my actual link. It is a redirect from Sterlins search engine.
In conclusion, My site has been removed from google as duplicate content because (I Guess) Google has picked up Sterlink link to my site before my actual site. Go Figure.

I have sent an e-mail to google explaining the situation and now I wait.

The answer to my first question if anyone is interested is
    Suggestions: suggestions@google.com
    Praise and complaints: comments@google.com
Not satisfied with search results? search-quality@google.com
Report errors, bugs and broken links: webmaster@google.com
have a question and/or need help using Google: help@google.com
I thank everyone who has answered my plea for help. TOTAL NUMBER(0)
I wouldn't want to be stranded on an island with you guys. LOL.

Ummm...you do realize that you only allowed 90 minutes for an answer that you could easily have picked up from the Google website. So 1) you didn't allow a reasonable time period for anyone to answer and 2) you didn't read Google's site. So it's your own fault.

Extremely unlikely that Google will help you with a problem like this.

BTW - Google has a cache of your index page, so whats the problem?

Yes my page is cached with google.
When I search my URL I get
    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&i...efreegames.com
If I look closely at google's cache of my page the returning URL is
    http://64.233.179.104/search?q=cache...%3D3745+&hl=en
So the PROBLEM IS google is caching my page from sterlins site.
My page no longer exists, it is now sterlins page. In turn the PROBLEM IS I lost all PR and receive a big 0 in hits from google.
    See my point...
