This is one of those irritating technical problems that probably has a simple solution. It's just that neither HP nor I can see what it is. So your help would be very much appreciated.
I have an HP Officejet D145 combined scanner, copier, fax and printer.
I run Windows XP-Pro on an ageing Acer laptop, (yes I know it's time to change).
The printer happily copies in colour, scans in colour, the fax works fine, but it always prints from the computer in black and white. I have checked every setting on both printer and computer and nothing seems to make any difference. I have reinstalled the drivers - no change.
Any suggestions please?
