Have not used that one, but have used WebpositionPro, its very good
but,
if you read all the tips in these forums ask a few questions, read a few books, look at a few web sites doing SEO, look at alot of high ranking web sites, and you will pick up just as much, and probably more.

all these automated programs promise alot, but doing it all yourself will get better results.
