I am putting together a site for a local DJ. Please have a look at the logo. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I'd avoid shadows or gradients/fountain fills!

Fine for web use but if the DJ eventually want's to use it on business cards/stationery etc (which is very likely), those attributes will be difficult to reproduce accurately across different media...not to mention the expense as it'll need to be printed in four colour process.

Alternatively, provide the client with an extra 'flat', 'spot color' design. :)

All logos should be designed in vector too for scalability...Photoshop or similar raster programs are not the way forward!... :)
