I tried one of my domains and it comes back with "over $25000.00" How do you find out what it is really worth?

What is it using to determine the value your website is worth...pr, content, age etc?? From what people are saying it doesn't seem to accurate. Also i wasn't able to change it from the domain name it already had there.
