I've been using it in conjunction with adsense for about four weeks now. So far the two have generated about $8 for me but on a good day I only get about 20 visitors. If I had a high traffic site of about 20k a day, and the return was proportional, I'd retire.

I too have been using it for about 4 weeks in conjunction with AdSense. It has doubled my $$. Getting $20.00 on a good day and down to about $10.00 per day on week-ends.
