I'm not sure if this has been posted yet in this forum so forgive me if it has, but I figured this was an article that might be of interest to some of you (especially beginners).

The first and perhaps the most important rule of web accessibility: not everyone is using the latest version of Internet Explorer, with all the plug-ins and programs that you may require them to have for your website.

Good points made in the article. I have been using a tool called 'Browser Photo' to quickly test new designs in a variety of browsers. I agree, Browser/Resloution testing is an important step before going live.

I used to test my sites with several OS and Browsers, but so far I am now able to code for all browsers with no problems.
