I have set up an advert for the merchant "9 telecom" in France however my ad is not displaying for the term [9 telecom]! According to my research there are many searches done every day for this term however my ad simply wont display for this ad!

I am sure it has nothing to do with my campaigns as all this particular ad is displaying properly for other terms,

Please not that I am trying to target this particular ad to the French google,
