Is this a good amnount or to much?

well It all depends on your content. 100mb a month is not much at all. I'm averaging about 100mb a day with about 40 unique visits. My content is are all photos though.
I'm not sure how to judge on what is a good amount of bandwidth to use is.

A quick math:
30 - 200 hits a day approximates to about 100 hits per day
100 hits x 30 days equals 3000 hits per month
100MB div 3000 hits per month equals 30KB per hit. It is not that much... I checked your site, it is not graphics intensive, so 30KB is pretty good.
