Can anyone recommend a Guestbook?

This is my first post here and I'm hoping that somebody out there will be able to help me with a problem I've been having for a while now.
I need a Guestbook for my website and, despite trekking through nigh on a million search engines, cannot find one which suits my needs.

Basically, I need one for which users must register before they can leave a comment. I know that's not how Guestbooks usually work, but I really need one like that.

Oh ... er, I'd need it to be free as well.

If anyone can help in any way at all, I'd be more than grateful.

needless to say, it cought my attention because for me, is really wierd to have a guestbook with a required "registration".... that sounds more like a member forum, but anyway... you should have your reasons...
