It's up to webmaster to trade links with you or not.

I must admit I believe something is fishy here as well so would like someones comments to help clear it up...

On this page http://www.mind-graph.net/events.htm the actual content of the page is in http://www.mind-graph.net/(events)-main.htm which has no PR and is not spidered by Google.

Not knowing much about frames could someone explain the technicalities of this. I believe in my limited knowledge you will get no PR from the actual page (events)-main.htm despite what the main page (events.htm) is ranked at. Can someone confirm for me please?

I put it very clearly in the page :

dont paid any money for it and if your webpage is in english language
If the link is not well stablished on your page or your link dont pass pagerank or if I pay money for it ( for example in bussines.com I pay 100$ by one year ) then I only put description.

You can see how the other two links have got a link and not only description.

Perdona me pero no creo que usted entiende lo que te esta deciendo northernladuk. Lo que te esta deciendo es que tu pagina no tiene valor en Google por que Google piensa que no esta nada en su pagina. Cuando habras http://64.233.167.104/search?q=cache....net&hl=en</a> no hay nada. Es porque Google no piensa que hay nada en su pagina. Porque su HTML es tan difficil por un "spider" pata entender.

Gracias por poner las cosas en español, aunque en Ingles tambien las entiendo.
Sere bastante claro, lo que google indexa es http://www.mind-graph.net/events.htm y google entiende lo que pongo.
Otra cosa es que tu no lo entiendas u otro que se haya levantado dormido tampoco lo entienda.
Consulta a un experto o analiza el codigo y descubriras que efectivamente tu link sera reconocido por google y se te pasara pagerank
Si no me crees buscate a otro link exchanger , pero porfavor nada de cachondeo escribiendo en Español como si no me enterara de lo que dicen en Ingles ...
