Anybody is fussy about the link exchanges?
Let's link up efficiently. Multiple websites welcome!

I have a number of PR4, PR5, PR6 websites with a various topics.
My link exchange are perfect and particular compare to other webmasters:
There are less than 30 links on a topic page, up to 3 outbound links to
my link partners. These 3 links are embeded into my product list descriptions
or articles.
My partners will not only receive good relevant PR but also share
my targeted webpage's traffic.

Here are the rules for link exchange:
1. PR4+ sites.
2. Will not add my links on 'link pages' which contain 30+ outbound links.
3. Homepage link exchange welcome (There are up to 10 outbound links on the homepage of my sites, first come first get)
4. One way linking: A-->B, B-->C (optional)
5. No 'LinkPartners.com' users.
6. All topic are welcome, no restrict.
