Iíve read quite a bit about web developers failing because they try to ďbe all things to all peopleĒ. That we should focus on a few niches or industries. Therefore when a client from that industry considers you they start off trusting you more because you know their business and industry and therefore are more likely to get the project. Iím considering this for the travel industry but I fear Iíll be alienating a huge potential market share. What would you suggest?
