New Yahoo Mail Service-Is it in response to Gmail?

    Hi all.
Although i have never used the gmail service .. i have heard a lot about it in the WPW forums.

Well just a few hours back yahoo has updated its mail technology and has made it really cool.

The storage has been updated to 100mb...... :)
    And attachment size 10mb ...

I want some people to share their thoughts on these services please.

    Have a nice day,
    Sparsh

I'm sure it's in response to Gmail. They're now in direct competition with each other.

Hey Sparshpolly, I moved your thread to Search Engine Discussions, where hopefully it will get a better response.

    Good luck!

GMail will still be better on several fronts.

    1) More space. 1 GIG of space…10 times the "NEW and Improved" Yahoo
    2) No intrusive display ads, only text ads.
    3) It's Google, so you know they are not going to do "evil" things, or at least I always get a better vibe from them. They seem to generally have the end user at heart, along with their bottom line.

    Just my 2 cents
