    Keyword Management

    Hi all!

I was curious what others use for managing their keywords.

For example: 50 Clients + 1,000 keywords + Monthly Reports = Major Headache.

Which are optimized? Which are strictly paid placement - if paid: Google, Overture? Let's not forget Paid Inclusion - which ones are those?

Oh...didn't you hear? That keyword is now inactive. Reallly?? When? Last week - but only for Paid listings. We are going to optimize for it now.

Hey, Client 'A' wants to know why "keyword muggle" isn't ranking. What? We do rank for it, page 1, 1 position. Hmmm - Doh! It's not being included in the scheduled ranking tool.

    STOP THE INSANITY!!!!

=) Well, nice boards here, I think I'll stick around. Nice to meet all of you as well.

If you have any advice on the Keyword Management Albatross - I'd love to hear them!

    Dan,

I would say continue to look at the client's stats to see what keywords are coming up in the SE's and then transfer them in your scheduled ranking tool. It also may be time to hire some help...which is a good thing! Take some stress off your back!
