Link Trade with a pr4 web design company and clients

Hello,
I am a the owner of a small Maine web design company. My site, http://www.gopherdesign.com, is a Strong page rank 4 site and ranks well in Google. I am looking to trade links with all types of businesses. I have access to many other business websites too.

If I link to you, it will be on the main site. If another one of my sites does, it will be one page deep.

I will add all links to the home page under the partners section. Simply go to http://www.gopherdesign.com and scroll down and you will see the sections of the links and yours will go under partners.

I went to your site to check if my link is still up. Unfortunately, I didn't find my link. Used to be on the home page. I didn't receive any form of communication for the reason of removal.
