Are You Using Scheduled Posts On Facebook?

But I did find yesterday that when you're on your own profile page on Facebook, although you can schedule a post on your Timeline, you can't set the time of day. It goes down to the year, month and day, but that's it. From the looks of it the scheduled post also stays predominant at the top of your timeline too.

It would be nice if Facebook would allow us to set the time of day as well...

This didn't sound right to me, so I checked with our Social Media go-to-gal and she said that you definately can select the time by the hour in half hour increments (however, I will clarify that she posts to our public business page, which perhaps operates differently than a personal page?). Meaning, you can't pick an exact time, except to choose 8:00am or 8:30am and so on. This is what she does.

She also said that the posts stay on the top of the timeline until you post another post. This is the same with any other post though, personally done or scheduled.

Yes on Pages, you can select half hour increments, but as you discovered, you cannot with your Timeline. Oh well for now...
