Facebook - unblocking blocked people on a business page? - can it be done?

Dear all, I started a thread elsewhere on facebook trolls and so far seem to have solved (most of) the problem.
I took out court orders against the main two and in terms of the rest worked out how to "ban" them from the page.
As you delete their troll post, the option comes up to ban them and I do this at the same time.
Now here is my ongoing problem.
Some of these people I "blocked" via their webpage and now when they (still) post on the business page, I cannot "Ban" them as this option isn't on the screen when their posts are deleted.
This seems to be a built in defect in the current system.
Does anyone know how on a business page I can either "Ban" these people or "unblock" them to allow to ban them via the means that I know is available.

Thanks for trying Morestar. The problem is with "blocked" not "banned" people and once you have blocked them on a business page, there seems to be no way to either ban or unblock them.
I've been trying to deal with this for some weeks and got no where.

This happened to me as well after I unblocked someone. It was confusing because you should be able to access everything right? Well after awhile, I was able to access everything again, and to this day I still can. Must've been a few days-couple weeks. Facebook is weird like that.
