I'm new to this so don't expect much.

Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Loads reasonably fast. Menu links should show a hand cursor when the mouse is moved over them. Forum needs a logo at the the top. Slightly too wide for 800x600. I'm not keen on the javascript messages in the status bar. Needs some intro text explaining what the site is about. Its a good start but needs more work. Good luck with it.
