i have checked your site. Its almost good except few things in the layout (as per my opinion, and i am not an expert, but i have seen all types of websites) such as your contact form is larger than required.The most important feature in your website should be the packages describing tables/content boxes. and these tables needs to be well matched with other part of your websites and should not stick out. well my rating would be 3/5. and it needs some improvements, am sure you can do that

Nothing extraordinary. You can add more keywords on your Title Tag but within 70 characters (including space).

My advise would be you should browse some good e commerce websites to get the right hint, you would be able to see the difference between 'what type of website you want' and 'what website you have at the moment'.
and, about the query, i would say you dont need to embed the form in every single post, but you can give a link to the 'order form' (you can create a single separate page where you would have the embedded order form and other details regarding the order and purchase. A whole dedicated form would work great)

You are just repeating your domain name throughout your whole website, the title, several times on the homepage and even at the footer area. Perhaps you can have some of them replaced with better text messages that clearly tell the audience of the commercial products you are going to sell them. There is one wise header image place at the top middle parts of your homepage but there is nothing int it, think of using some graphics.

Perhaps adding an animated Flash box to the spot can be nice, with colorful photos of the works you have previously done and explaining in a visual way what services are offered to the customers. Since your weblog has a commercial tone, perhaps all those text links on the right side won't be needed because usually in personal blogs lots of blogrolls are used but your site is now acting like an online shop, you know.

I would also remove the donate button as you're supposed to present a professional service and not a beggers outlet. Also, you have a 404 page showing up with I hit the About button. I think you shouldn't bother using your "aim down your...:" text everywhere you can. For all the <title> tags on your pages, make sure they adequately describe the page the user is on. Make them unique to the page and if you can slide in your services into each of those pages that would be good, but don't spam, at all.

So it looks like you're not done yet. When I click on the button that says "Website Creation Services" I get a blank page. You should add content to that page and then with bullet points link into their child pages, namely the packages.

Remove the credit at the bottom that links to the theme creators and remove the link to Wordpress. Add your city name in various places and from there come back to us
