Are you asking how often you should post? Once a day if you have something to say ... once a week would be the minimum ideally, but the real answer is: you should blog as often as you have something worthwhile to say.

It depends on why you are linking to the site. In general, mix it up. I like to link between posts where relevant.

That's not necessarily the case. The more low quality back links the worse for the company.

mjtaylor, you wrote: "The more low quality back links the worse for the company." is an interesting comment and one I have no expertise to comment on.
But I've seen conflicting opinions on this here previously.
Surely all backlinks would ahve some link juice wouldn'tn they, even if it is insignificant.
Are you saying that some backlinks actually are negative for seo and if so, what kind (specfically?) - all the best

I don't want to hijack this thread, but yes, lower quality backlinks can now hurt you. There has been an awful lot of conversation lately about Google's Penguin update which clearly targets lower quality links and spammy link schemes. Where Google detects spammy or suspect links they are sending notices to folks in their Webmaster Tools to warn them ... you might want to read this: http://googlewebmastercentral.blogsp...und-links.html and you might want to check your WT.

Hope that helps. If you want to discuss this further, PM me so I can pull this out and make it a new thread.

You should have only one blog for your company. However, that blog should be linked from a number of blogs having good reputation.

Why only one blog for branding. What's the reasoning here?

Folks: Please give a little more thought to your answers. One quick yes or no doesn't really help anyone.

When it comes to content there is no limit in numbers. Use blog URLs for linking, use interlinking concept and this will increase the page views and reduce the bounce rate.

i think ideally your blogs should be added about every two weeks. and links should be given to your blog page. basically links must be given according to content.

the second thing is you should link to your blog page not profile page because page has more info than profile page and peoples like to visit that page not profile .
