You can utilize the <noembed> </noembed> tags but be very careful about not making it spammy

Asking where the <noembed> tag is, within an html flash holder gives the feeling that you currently could do with reading up the basics of how to set up Flash for a website. You can find out all of this including the <noembed> by clicking on the HELP menu inside your Flash application. The Adobe copy writers went to great lengths in describing each process you need to do in creating rich flash files and the html templates which hold Flash content.

Understanding the basics of Flash is not what this thread is for... I recommend you ask this question at a Flash Forum such as:
    http://forums.adobe.com/community/flashplayer

The latest versions of Flash can be read by Google's search bots as long as you keep the text in its real formats within the exported Flash file. I personally recommend that your Flash files actively load text data from supporting files. The actual name of your Flash file can also help with SEO objectives.

Of course... your actual HTML webpage also has the normal TITLE and META tags which you can tune as normal.

Basically Flash Web sites Are not Good for Quick Result in search Engine.. His content Not Read Easily that is the Main Reason for Getting late Links From Search Engine. if you Optimize HTML webpage You need just Six month For Top Ten Result. When you talk about Flash Then you need to 9 month for completed task...
