Truth is a peculiar thing. It compares well to many of natures creations in as far at it can grow (like a tree). Truth regularly needs time to evolve. I always feel that knowing the truth about anything, today, is a bit like landing the plane before reaching the runway.

Just submitting the site to search engines could not help either How much more for manual submission? It takes days even weeks for Google to index a page on the web.

I have never heard that Google does not index an affiliate site. Infact it also provide a great network to all the website publishers to drive conversations and get quality advertisers and also gives you the opportunities to earn from different resources.
this is not true, as i am also using affiliates program and my websites and my blogs are indexed by google.
Not like that. I am also a affiliate. Google index my site well. Nearly index all of my pages.
