Like the website a lot, well done. My only gripe would be that it's a tad 'busy' on the homepage for my liking.

I like the website, great choice of colors. The layout is simple and easy to navigate, will organized. The only problem i see is it is a bit busy on the homepage like rainman said, but other then that it looks great. Best of luck.

Your website is really awesome. Good look & feel, user friendly navigation, very very useful content. Your videos are also comprehensive. Really a great website for fitness.

Your website has a stylish atmosphere and well-developed for a physical fitness portal but it seems a bit too crowded and visitors may feel a bit confused. Perhaps you may think of rearranging some of the content blocks. As an example, the most competing countries section is better to be at the top, rather than the current bottom section, so that all visitors spot the block upon their first visit.

The featured challenges box perhaps does not need all those nine units or thumbnails, three or six might seem sufficient. One more thing, there are a couple of important internal links currently visible at the footer part of your homepage, it is a good idea if you create a duplicate set and add them to your top navigation system. The advertise and contact us links are very important and should be visible at the top too.
