As facebook ads and Google Adwords both are paid, which one generate the more targeted traffic and is more cheaper?

From my experience it's still Google, however, I don't know the results of every other campaign on the Internet so I couldn't say for sure.

Ive advertised on both and it really depends on what you are advertising, Facebook works well to get people to opt in and move them into a sales funnel for events and so on. Google has worked well for products and service leads offerings but it normally comes down to your budget and sales funnel as to how well either will work for you.

It depends on the category? But overall Google would be better for organic business.
