My wife Carol is over 45, she is on Facebook every day, most of her friends are women over 45 and she seems to know everyone. I fear she may be personally responsible for these statistics

That depends on what form of PR you are talking about. The green pixels you see in the toolbars data gets updated every x months generally, the actual PR that google uses for rankings is always updated.

You will still only see it at whatever it was at a particular moment in time, and you will not know when that time was because It is a snapshot without a date stamp.
