A very good site but there are many cases where the formatting is not consistent. Consider this:

-The image in the background takes a while to load, but since it's in the background it's not that big of a deal.
-It seems as if you have two different color schemes going. Your navigational menu is blue but your subtitle text, the outlines of the boxes on the left and the title inside the text is purple. I'd reconcile this and choose either one or the other (I'd choose the blue).
-On the front page under the "Cruise Destinations At A Glance" section, put a little bit of padding/spacing between the image and the text. Also, reconcile the images; some of them have outlines and some don't.
-Also, the fonts could use some reconciliation. At times you use what looks like Times New Roman for your subtitles and other times you use Comic Sans. Either choose one of those fonts for all subtitles, choose Arial (like what is in your main text) or choose some other font. No matter what you choose make it the same font for all your subtitles.
-For those boxes on the left side, some of the titles are centered and some are left-justified. Again, choose either one or the other and apply it to all the titles.
-The testimonials are all the way on the bottom of the home page. I think this should be a more prominent part of your website. I'd carve out a space somewhere else on the home page to show off a few testimonials. In addition, I'd rename the "Past Cruises" section to either say "Testimonials" or "Memories" and combine those two sections.
-Very small detail but I'd make the email link under "Email Us" an active link.

It's an overall good website but again there are a few things that are not consistent in terms of presentation and formatting. Fix these and you should be all set.

I had a look at your website, you need to work on it a bit more. I have opened in IE8 browser, and all images were merged with the text which was on the right side. You need to pick up the fonts that will fit the website style. For a seriuos website like this, you need a more serious approach. When it is about money (big money), it needs everything to be perfect like Rolls Royce!

i agree, it's a very good site, but it's not a professional site, and that's what you need when you offer cruises.
My advice to you would be to visit other cruise sites for inspiration.

Other things i noticed, get rid of the purple color
get rid of the mountain on the bottom left
change the font
create a facebook page and add a link on your website

The look & feel is really amazing. Just you need to spread the background image through out the Home Page.

As soon as I visited your homepage, two pop-ups were blocked and you are suggested to disable them. Your website is decorated with a lot of beautiful graphics, especially the photos loading in a sort of slideshow at the top but there is a logo image missing. From the top, links begin and then loads of graphics. You have put the testimonials at the very bottom of your homepage, why? They should be quite visible at the top of your page.

The lower travel destinations boxes are all written in italics. Perhaps a few text lines written in italics would be nice but the whole paragraph? Maybe they should be written in normal format and instead put the headlines of the past travel packages in bold and italics. There is something missing in your web title too because it currently does not tell the visitors what they can expect to find on your site. Talk about the packages very briefly there.

The site is very attractive and relaxing. I think the image on the main header with the table and champagne is a little blurred though.
